Enjoy a special behind the scene access to a brewery situated in a historical cellar of former baroque monastery from 17th century. Speak to the brewer and get some fascinating insights into the entire brewing process, beginning with the expert blending of ingredients and moving on to the filling the casks.
After all that hard work, you’re going to need a drink, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious craft beer tasting session. Develop your own preferences while tasting and identifying flavors in different beer styles and find out the secrets behind the pints and the hops! Me and a group of friends were traveling to Bratislava for a weekend and we decided to take the beer tour. It was a great experience that allowed us to try several different types of craft beers and to get to know a lot about each one. Our tour guides were perfect and also helped us a lot with other tips about where to go/what to do in the city. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I would advise it to anyone who likes craft beers and wants a cool afternoon program when in Bratislava.

Whilst it is easy enough to find a range of craft beer bars in Bratislava, a group of 5 friends booked onto the Brewery tour to get more of an insight into the history of craft beer in Slovakia and also in the hope that we would get a bit of a history of craft beer brewing in the country. We were glad that both boxes were ticked in this tour. Daniela didn’t try and fit in too many bars, instead ensuring we tried a range of different beers in a few bars with a chance to explain each beer to us and allow us to have a discussion about them. Daniela also ensured we had local snacks to make sure the beer didn’t go to our heads too early. I can highly recommend this tour, especially in a group.

Wanted to do something different while in Bratislava and figured spending some time checking out the craft beer scene would be fun. Daniela was our guide and we could not have been happier. Spending a couple hours with her while sampling some really good local beer was a fantastic experience. She was informative and easy to talk to, and also provided some recommendations for food in the city. I wish we had signed up for multiple tours with her as our guide. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Highly recommend!
